How guests pay
From the chat, guests tap Pay, see their itemized bill, and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. Split-the-bill lets each guest pay their share from their own phone.
Tips
The payment screen suggests tip percentages you configure. Tips are tracked per table and per service, and paid out with your normal settlement — the dashboard shows the running total during the night.
End-of-night report
After close, you get the night in numbers: revenue by zone, average ticket, table turns, top dishes, accepted upsells, and tips. Compare any night against the same weekday last week.
Exports
Everything exports as CSV or syncs to your POS reporting, so your accountant's workflow doesn't change.
Tip: watch average ticket by hour — most venues find a dead hour where a Kudo-suggested special lifts spend with zero staff effort.
