Video tutorial — Running Service from the Dashboard (coming soon)
Reading the table map
Every table shows its live state: browsing (scanned, reading the menu), ordering (talking to Kudo), preparing (order at a station), served, and ready to pay. Color tells you everything at a glance.
Station queues
Kitchen and bar each get their own queue with prep-time estimates. If the kitchen backs up, you see it building before guests feel it — and Kudo automatically quotes longer wait times to new orders.
Alerts worth acting on
- Long wait: an order is past its estimate — check the station.
- Guest request: someone asked Kudo for a human — water refill, an issue, a question it shouldn't answer alone.
- Payment done: table paid and tipped — clear and reseat.
Closing a table
When guests pay through their phone, the table closes itself. For cash payers, tap the table and close it manually — the revenue still lands in the same report.
