Generate your codes
In Floor → Table codes, add your tables and zones. Each gets a unique QR code — table 12's code opens Kudo already knowing it's table 12, so orders land in the right place without guests typing anything.
Organize by zones
Group tables into zones that match how you serve: terrace, dining room, bar counter, beach rows. The dashboard filters by zone, so each waiter can watch only their section during service.
Placement that gets scanned
- Eye level or table surface — menu stands and table-corner stickers outperform anything vertical.
- One code per table beats one per menu; guests order more when they don't wait for a shared menu.
- For sunbeds, weatherproof stickers on the pole or table survive the season.
Reprinting and changes
Codes never expire. Rearranged the floor? Renumber tables in the dashboard — the physical codes keep working, they just point to the updated table.
