Photograph the dishes that matter
You don't need all of them. Shoot your highlights, your highest-margin dishes, and anything guests hesitate on. Natural daylight, the real plate, no filters — guests trust honest photos.
Write descriptions Kudo can use
Kudo turns your descriptions into recommendations, so give it something to work with: the key ingredients, how it's cooked, what it comes with, and one sentence of character — "our chef's grandmother's recipe" sells better than a list of ingredients.
Prices and portions
If a dish is meant to share, say so — Kudo will suggest it to groups. If a portion is generous, say so — it prevents over-ordering and the bad reviews that follow.
