Video tutorial — Getting Started with Mosprit (coming soon)

1. Create your venue profile

Add your venue name, address, opening hours and service zones (dining room, terrace, bar, sunbeds). This is what Kudo uses to greet guests correctly and what your dashboard organizes tables around.

2. Upload your menu

Send us your menu in any format — PDF, spreadsheet, photos of the printed menu, or a link to your current QR menu. Mosprit converts it into a structured menu with categories, prices, descriptions and photos.

  • Allergens: flag them per dish; Kudo will answer guest questions and filter recommendations automatically.
  • Photos: optional but recommended — dishes with photos get ordered noticeably more often.

3. Review what Kudo learned

Before going live, open the Menu Review screen and skim what Kudo will say about each dish. Adjust descriptions, mark house specialties, and set the dishes you want recommended first.

4. Print and place your table codes

Generate your QR codes (one per table or zone), print them on the template of your choice, and place them where guests naturally look — menu stands, table corners, sunbed poles.

5. Run a test order

Scan a code yourself, order something, and watch it arrive on the dashboard and route to the kitchen or bar station. If the test order flows through, you're ready for guests.

Tip: go live on a quiet weekday first. One calm service is enough to build staff confidence before the weekend rush.
