Responsible declaration of the invoicing computer system

Convenience translation. The Spanish page (Declaración responsable) is the operative version. Pursuant to article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003 (General Tax Law), the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023 of 5 December, and Chapter IV of Order HAC/1177/2024 of 17 October, this page publishes the current responsible declarations of the invoicing computer systems produced by Mosprit, together with their version history.

The linked documents are drafts under legal review and have not been signed: they are not yet the operative responsible declarations. The signed versions will be published on this page before the invoicing module is first made available to taxpayers in Spain, and will be kept up to date for each version.

External functional component

For the generation and remission of invoicing records to the AEAT, Mosprit's systems use the external functional component Bilbabit (Verifacti), produced by Bilbabit SL (NIF B75777847), an entity holding social-collaboration agreement 017 with the AEAT.
